Introducing Múgyuè
Múgyuè (moo-gway) is a three-day Vancouver music festival celebrating the city's cultural tapestry. Each day is dedicated to a different language—Spanish, Punjabi, or Mandarin—and features local artists who perform in that language. Held in neighbourhoods less familiar with the featured language, the festival encourages all Vancouverites to explore new sounds and share their cultures.
Posters
A poster series uses bold colour and typography to convey celebration and connection. Each poster highlights a headlining artist's name in its native script, using the accessible Noto typeface family.
Wayfinding & Lanyard
The background typography on the lanyard and wayfinding have two calls to action; one in English encouraging exploration, and another in the featured languages inviting cultural sharing.
